The Momopause Method was created by two health psychologists and sandwich-generation moms who are still in it — and better than that, owning it together. Through connection, community, and a whole lot of late-night geeking out in our professional hats, we uncovered the most evidence-based strategies we could find. We’ve lived them, tested them, and now we’re sharing what’s worked — with honesty, humility, and a deep respect for how hard this season really is.
