A one-on-one consultation with a MID(ish) health psychologist is a strategic, supportive session designed to help you understand what’s going on with your body—and what to do next. Important note: This is not therapy. MID(ish) consultations are educational and advisory in nature. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions in this setting—but we do bring over 15 years of clinical health psychology experience to help you navigate midlife with clarity and compassion.
